If your insurance company tells you, "Platinum is not on their list" or that "they will not guarantee repairs if you do not use one of their contracted shops", we are still able work with your insurance company to do the repairs on your vehicle. You always have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the repair shop you choose, contract or not. After the repairs are completed, it is always the shop that is responsible to guarantee their work.
Many times the estimate that is written and the final bill after the repairs have been completed are quite different.
